okyplay Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

To access the full range of services on okyplay, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. okyplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should change your password immediately and contact the support team. You must not share your account with any other person or allow a third party to use your account on your behalf.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using okyplay, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

okyplay reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent closure, without prior notice where the circumstances require it.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the okyplay platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance, and all deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PHP.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your okyplay account originate from a payment method that you are legally entitled to use. Deposits made from fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments are a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements. okyplay may request documentation to confirm your identity and the source of funds before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used.

6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
okyplay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or the accuracy of odds or game outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
okyplay does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from gaming activity. All forms of gaming carry inherent risk and results are not guaranteed.
Account Suspension and Closure: okyplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or in breach of applicable law. In the event of closure due to a terms violation, any associated balances may be forfeited. Where a closure is initiated for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to misconduct, applicable balances will be returned through the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the okyplay platform – including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software – is the property of okyplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
